Questions merchants ask

Can I keep bundles I made in Shopify Bundles?

Yes, they keep working. Shopify lets only the app that created a bundle edit its products, so those stay in Shopify Bundles. Build new bundles in Bundles Pro and run both side by side.

What happens when a component's price changes?

Bundle prices are calculated from component prices when you save the bundle. Open it and save again to pick up new prices, and the compare-at total updates with it.

How is bundle inventory tracked?

By Shopify. It works out how many bundles are available from the stock of each component, and the component with the least stock sets the limit.

Will it change my theme?

No. You add the two blocks yourself in the theme editor. Bundles Pro only reads your live theme to show whether the blocks are placed.

Can bundles be sold as subscriptions?

Not yet. Shopify doesn't support bundles with subscriptions, pre-orders or try-before-you-buy in any bundle app.

What does the Pro plan add?

The REST API and API keys, so an ERP, PIM or script can create and update bundles. Everything else is on Free, with no limit on the number of bundles.
