Questions merchants ask
Do drafts count toward my plan's limit?
No. Drafts are unlimited on every plan. Only discounts that are live or scheduled use a slot.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing switches off. Live discounts keep running and stay editable. You just can't put more live, or add a feature the new plan doesn't include, until you fit.
Does it work with my theme?
Yes. The volume table, available offers and mix & match are theme app blocks you place in the theme editor, and the cart embed turns on with one switch. No code edits.
Do discounts run at checkout, or just on the storefront?
At checkout. Discountly runs on Shopify Functions, so prices are calculated by Shopify itself and hold up in every cart, checkout and sales channel.
I'm on Shopify Plus. Is there anything extra?
Plus stores on any plan also get checkout extensions: the volume price shown at checkout and a free-gift code field.
What data does Discountly store?
Only what it needs to run your discounts. Order analytics never store a customer's name, email, address or payment details. Read the privacy policy
